The Coach Me Now tool specifically I think is really powerful and though it is clearly built up of automated responses you really feel like the response you get is very personalised. The way you build from Questionnaire through summary output, is truly enlightening and gives you a real experience of insight and growth. It is hard to believe you can distil so much insight and clarity using a tool that doesn't involve a direct experience with a 1:1 coach.
