For a team of less than three people it is recommended that the individual questionnaire is used with a focus on the team dynamic as the situation label].

The tool offers the shape of the team activity, a description of the likely experiences in the areas of clarity/ confidence / acceleration/ motivation/ learning and relationships. Coaching questions to assist the team and the facilitator are also included plus a platform for action.
