An Introduction To Our Originator

Karen Dean is a highly experienced and inspirational coach, whose interest lies in taking people 'beyond where they dare imagine', in their chosen field.
Karen has a track record of 18 years of coaching individuals and teams in a business context. Following NLP Master Practitioner, she has delivered well over 8,000 hours of one-to-one time with many hundreds of clients, across the UK, Western and Eastern Europe. She has also worked extensively with Indian clients.
As Managing Director of Diabolo Limited, she has focused the business on facilitating Main Boards and Directors, as well as originating the suite of on-line coaching tools for Exceptional Achievement Ltd.

Personal Message from Karen:

"I am passionate about coaching and its ability to acknowledge and enable new and effective solutions for our ongoing challenges. I believe in our inherent ability to be self-sufficient and to find our own best answers. A quality framework for thinking through what is important is a valuable aide for our growth. These tools are for everyone – my vision is for a coaching experience to be available for all – not just those who have access to an Executive Coach in a one-to-one relationship.
I wanted to find a way of crystallizing the essence of all that I have noticed, experienced and understood during my coaching work. I wanted to share this knowledge with anyone who was ready to grow and who was curious about themselves and the situations that influence their working or student lives.
These tools from Exceptional Achievement come from my original thinking. They are the result of a vital moment of deep insight during one of my own coaching sessions. The structure that came to me then evolved. I spent five years developing, refining, validating and testing them with groups and individuals who have been my clients.
It was important to me that the tools were accessible and easy to use given the constraints on our time and attention. The tools' apparent simplicity disguises deep sophistication in the knowledge embedded within them.
The feedback may form the basis of a deeper conversation with self from a position of greater clarity. The output may also be used to share thoughts with someone else, a manager, a colleague, a friend, or a coach. The tools are situation specific and as such are dynamic and respond to what is happening for you. The menu of tailored coaching questions will prompt you to discover new insights and options.
