Refund Policy

Following your confirmation that you have read our Terms and Conditions and our Licensing documents it will be our expectation that you have appropriately considered your purchase and therefore we will not issue any refund, other than in the unlikely event of a technical failure with our website making it impossible for you to complete your log-in - on this occasion we will issue you with a full refund or re-issue.

In keeping with our fraud prevention measures, refunds will only be issued in the same form as the original payment. Hence we will only issue a refund to the same credit/debit card used for the original purchase.

As a result of using this tool we have changed the way that we manage our weekly meetings. It enabled the most successful team event that I have done. We used the graphic to decide how we were going to take our challenges forward - Sales, Service, Standards, People. Our weekly meetings are now just 1hr long (previously 2-2 1/2 hours) and clearly structured with everyone having a part to play. We have more clarity in 1 hr than previously in 2 1/2 hrs
